Dental rehabilitation

Dental rehabilitation, or stomatological rehabilitation, involves a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of the masticatory system and all surrounding tissues that impact it. Physiotherapy for the face and head area has a wide range of applications. It is an effective complement to dental and orthodontic treatment, improving their outcomes and reducing discomfort associated with various procedures.

In our clinic, we use a system for light-optical analysis of the spine and comprehensive functional assessment of the entire body for initial patient evaluation. This allows us to more accurately identify the causes and effects of disorders in the craniofacial region and cervical spine in other parts of the body. This translates into greater precision in selecting appropriate treatment methods and, consequently, improved effectiveness.

Dental rehabilitation is highly effective in addressing the following disorders:

  • Migraines
  • Head and neck pain
  • Discomfort and clicking in the temporomandibular joint (TMJ)
  • Teeth grinding and enamel damage
  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
  • Temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJD)
  • Facial and ear pain
  • Cervical spine issues
  • Numbness in the upper limbs
  • Discomfort associated with orthodontic, implant, or surgical treatments

Dental rehabilitation aims to restore the range of motion of the temporomandibular joint, correct muscle tension and strength
improve the neuromuscular coordination of the face and joint mechanics.
