Rehabilitation Holiday

Our rehabilitation program is recommended for those suffering from pain or in need of a fast recovery. It is also an excellent solution for those who want to prevent dysfunctions that may arise due to current lifestyle factors (e.g., sedentary work) or for those tired of recurring chronic discomfort. The rehabilitation program is also beneficial for individuals who have undergone orthopedic surgery and wish to be under the constant care of specialists to regain full functionality, as well as for those who want to utilize their time for overall improvement and preventive care.

In preparing the rehabilitation program, we have ensured a comprehensive approach to assessing and improving the health of our patients. Our physiotherapist conducts a detailed interview and performs a functional analysis of the musculoskeletal system, including assessing movement patterns, range of motion, muscle strength, motor control, and stability. The therapist identifies the locations and possible causes of pain and precisely determines the goals, therapy plan, and range of physiotherapeutic procedures based on observed individual dysfunctions.

The objectives of our collaboration will be:

  1. Evaluation of the current health status, both structurally and functionally.
  2. Manual therapy aimed at improving tissue flexibility and reducing pain symptoms.
  3. Reeducation of movement and breathing patterns that, if incorrect, may be the cause of existing discomfort.
  4. Improvement of body posture, often imperfect and a source of continuous tissue overload.
  5. Strengthening of the weakest elements of the kinetic chain of the musculoskeletal system through targeted training under the close supervision of a physiotherapist.

With a focus on health and individual patient needs, MIRAI Clinic has prepared two options for rehabilitation programs:

Variant 1
2 hours of individual rehabilitation, 1 hour in the hyperbaric chamber, 30 minutes of personal work.

Every day, we offer 2 hours of individual rehabilitation, which may include the following:

  1. Manual therapy – the goal is to address pain points, reduce existing symptoms, and restore mobility in specific segments of the musculoskeletal system. You can learn more about manual therapy at our website:
  2. Functional medical training – exercises performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist that help develop an optimal set of exercises and ensure correct technique. You can find more information about functional medical training here:
  3. Individual exercises – allow each patient to practice and apply the knowledge gained during sessions with the physiotherapist. Our patients have access to a modern and well-equipped exercise room.
  4. Physiotherapy with the involvement of a physiotherapist – including laser therapy, shockwave therapy, endogenous tissue heating therapy, and ultrasound therapy.

Additionally, patients will have 30 minutes of self-practice using the infrastructure and equipment available in the rehabilitation ward at MIRAI Clinic under the supervision of a physiotherapist. This includes:

– Strength training and aerobic exercise equipment.
– Lymphatic drainage.
– Electric stimulation.
– Cold therapy.
– Infrared-heated chair.
– Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) therapy.

Additionally, every day there will be a 1-hour session of oxygen therapy in a hyperbaric chamber. The goal of this therapy is to stimulate the production of stem cells, reduce inflammation, optimize tissue healing and regeneration, and improve metabolism.

On the last day of the program, there will be a 1-hour consultation summarizing the treatment results. During this session, patients will receive home exercises and tasks recommended by the physiotherapist to maintain and improve their fitness.

Price:
– 5 days – 4 453zł
– 10 days – 9 908zł

Variant 2
2.5 hours of individual rehabilitation, 30 minutes of personal work.

Every day, we offer 2.5 hours of individual rehabilitation, which includes the following:

  1. Manual therapy – the goal is to address pain points, reduce existing symptoms, and restore mobility in specific segments of the musculoskeletal system.
  2. Functional medical training – exercises performed under the supervision of a physiotherapist that help develop an optimal set of exercises and ensure correct technique.
  3. Individual exercises – allow each patient to practice and apply the knowledge gained during sessions with the physiotherapist. Our patients have access to a modern and well-equipped exercise room.
  4. Physiotherapy with the involvement of a physiotherapist – including laser therapy, shockwave therapy, tecar therapy, and ultrasound therapy.

30 minutes of personal work using the infrastructure and equipment available in the rehabilitation department at MIRAI Clinic under the supervision of a physiotherapist, including:

– Strength and aerobic training equipment
– Lymphatic drainage
– Electrotherapy
– Cold therapy treatment
– Infrared radiation-heated chair
– Continuous passive motion (CPM) therapy

On the last day of the program, there will be a 1-hour consultation to summarize the treatment results. During this session, patients will receive home exercises recommended by the physiotherapist to maintain and improve their fitness.
