Endogenous tissue heating therapy

Endogenous heat is the heat that is generated exactly in the treated tissue itself and is not supplied from the outside. This allows for very precise work on the affected area. Endogenous heat increases blood flow within the treatment area, which allows for the removal of often unwanted metabolites of the inflammatory process, better nutrition and accelerated rehabilitation of the damaged area. In addition, heat therapy is excellent for reducing muscle tension, which is often one of the elements of the vicious circle of pain. This type of therapy works well for many muscle and sinew overload problems that patients struggle with for weeks or months. This treatment is not only very effective but also pleasant, which is probably why our patients love it.
